安瑞希實習心得17：搬家辦公室的最後步驟

台灣公民參與協會與台灣動物保護行政監督裡盟的搬家工作已經快要完成了。今天我協助秘書長整理最後幾個箱子，幫他將辦公用品歸位。現在他的辦公室已經可以正常使用，看起來也更有條理了。

雖然今天室內還沒有冷氣，但負責安裝冷氣的團隊今天已經把冷氣機搬進來並開始進行安裝作業。依照他們的進度推估，明天整個辦公室應該就會有冷氣可以使用，讓工作環境更加舒適。

這次冷氣安裝的團隊表現非常專業。他們的效率很高，準備齊全，而且工作態度認真。他們的協助對我們幫助很大，因為目前的辦公空間實在非常悶熱，有了冷氣之後，大家的工作效率也能明顯提升。

在他們進行安裝作業的同時，我也在準備我實習最後一場簡報。這個過程對我來說不只是總結性的工作，也是一個回顧整個暑假實習經驗的好機會。準備簡報的過程讓我重新思考這幾個月以來的所學所見，包括參與的會議、接觸的議題、以及與協會同仁之間的合作經驗。這段實習經驗不僅讓我對台灣的公民社會有了更深的了解，也提升了我在專業溝通與組織協調方面的能力。

 

The Final Steps of Moving Offices

The moving of offices for the Taiwan Citizen Participation Association and the Taiwan Animal Protection Administrative Supervision League is almost complete. Today I assisted the Secretary-General in sorting out the last boxes and helping him put office supplies back in place. Now his office is ready to use and looks more organized.

Although there is no air conditioning in the room today, the team responsible for installing the air conditioner has moved in the air conditioner and started the installation work today. According to their progress, the entire office should be equipped with air conditioning tomorrow to make the working environment more comfortable.

The team of the air conditioner installation this time was very professional. They are efficient, well-prepared, and serious about their work. Their assistance helped us a lot, because the current office space is very stuffy and hot, and with air conditioning, everyone's work efficiency can be significantly improved.

While they were doing the installation work, I was also preparing for the last briefing of my internship. This process is not only a summary work for me, but also a good opportunity to review the entire summer internship experience. The process of preparing the presentation made me rethink what I had learned and seen over the past few months, including the meetings I participated in, the topics I was exposed to, and the experience of working with my colleagues. This internship experience not only gave me a deeper understanding of Taiwan's civil society, but also improved my professional communication and organizational coordination skills.
